Skyline College's mission
is to provide courses for worldwide employment in the
field of Airline, Hotel, Tourism, Computer, Marketing,
Finance, Business & Management.
Skyline College was established by Sharjah Government
through the Civil Aviation and Sharjah Airport
Authority with the aim of responding quickly and
effectively to the Training and Educational needs of
Travel, Hospitality and Business industries.
It offers modern and up-to-date academic and
nonacademic facilities such as computer and English
language laboratories, Internet facilities, audio
visual aids, library and swimming pool.
Admission Procedure
The admission procedure to each course leading to
academic awards conform to those specified in the
definitive course document provided by the University
and to the policy of the appropriate validating body.
An entrance exam is conducted for all those wishing to
seek admission. The exam primarily ensures that the
applicant possesses the required level of
understanding in English Language and Mathematical
ability to join the main program.
Students undergo foundation course prior to joining
the main program Facilities of transfer of credits are
also provided to students in appropriate cases.
The completed units if relevant to the course
registered for, will be taken in account and the
student will have the opportunity of benefiting from
the same, subject to University approval. All
Applications for admissions to courses leading to
academic awards will be sent to the office of
Registration and Admission at Skyline College.
The office will ensure that all formalities are
complete. The office maintains records of all
applications and their progress, from receipt of
application to enrollment of Students.
