Wherever you go in the world you can always find a
group of children chasing after a ball. Sharjah is no
different. The larger parks have football pitches,
which are used free of charge on a first come, first
served basis. Inter school competitions are organized
periodically and for adults, there is a social Dubai/Sharjah
league that operates from October to May. Contact

Sharjah has two stadiums: Al Shaab Club (522 6600) and
Sharjah Sports Club (532 3333)
that host the national league games, training and
matches against international sides.
Sharjah Men’s College, Higher Colleges of Technology,
(558 5222) organize excellent soccer camps for
